ABC Growing
Tree is committed to each and ever child within our care.
We also realize how important consistency is in a child’s life.
With this in mind, we are proud to say ninety (90) percent
of ABC Growing Tree’s staff has been with us for a minimum of
four years.
Our teachers meet or exceed all state certifications and are chosen
based on their educational background, their experience with children,
and their ability to provide a warm, loving environment for the
children. ABC Growing Tree’s hiring process is thorough and
quite extensive.
All employees are required to undergo background checks
and fingerprinting. Additionally, they must receive medical
examinations to ensure the safety of all of our children. We also
promote the well being of our staff by providing our employees with
health benefits. The staff of ABC Growing Tree is CPR certified,
and they are required to attend continuing educational programs
annually.
